FAQs
Common questions about our work.
-
What areas do you cover?
Based in Melton Mowbray, we work across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland. We regularly carry out projects in Leicester, Grantham, Stamford, Oakham and the villages between.
-
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. We'll visit the site, assess what's needed and give you a written quote. No charge, no obligation.
-
How long will my project take?
That depends on the scope. A driveway replacement typically takes two to four days. Larger landscaping or drainage projects take longer. We give you a realistic timeframe upfront and work to it.
-
Can you deal with problems found during the job?
Yes. We've handled unexpected drainage issues including disconnected storm drains causing rising damp. If something comes up on site, we explain what we've found and agree how to proceed before continuing.
-
Do I need planning permission for a new driveway?
Most residential driveways don't require planning permission, particularly permeable surfaces or those draining onto your own land. If there's any doubt, we'll let you know before work starts.
