Drainage problems cause real, lasting damage. We've seen rising damp from storm drains that were never connected, flooded patios from surfaces without adequate falls and structural issues from poor site preparation. Getting it right the first time prevents much more expensive problems further down the line.

We install drainage systems, soakaways and SuDS-compliant solutions, carry out foundation work for extensions and run foul drainage for new bathrooms. We also prepare sites for larger construction projects and work alongside builders and developers on more complex jobs.

At 5 Dickmans Lane we uncovered storm drains that had never been connected underground, causing rising damp to the property. We installed a SuDS-compliant soakaway to take roof and surface water before completing the driveway above. At Kirton Drive we dug through an existing patio to run new foul drainage for a downstairs bathroom, then reinstated the patio to match.
