Some of the most important work on a project is the least visible once it's finished. Correct foundations, properly run drainage and carefully installed utilities all happen before the surface finish goes down, but they're what determines whether the visible work lasts.

We carry out foundation work for extensions, run underground drainage for new bathrooms, install utility connections and operate plant machinery for excavation and site clearance. We work on residential and commercial projects across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland.

At Central Avenue, Leicester we excavated and poured foundations for a residential extension including all drainage works. At Holbrook Road, Leicester we installed a porcelain patio with steps and carried out drainage work for an extension. At Kirton Drive we dug through an existing patio to install a new foul drainage run and reinstated the patio to match.
